When a refund applies, and how it reaches you.

Eligibility

A refund may be offered when an order cannot be fulfilled, when an item arrives damaged or is missing, or when a return has been accepted under our Returns page. Each request is reviewed individually.

Refunds are returned to the original method of payment wherever possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please tell us as soon as you can. Once an order has been packed and dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.
