MEWA orders are delivered within India. Serviceability is checked against your PIN code at checkout, and we will tell you before you pay if an address cannot be reached.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are packed in the order they are received and handed to our delivery partner as soon as they are ready. Delivery time depends on your location and the delivery method you choose at checkout.

Public holidays, weather and events outside our control can add time. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Packaging

Every MEWA product comes in its resealable pack, and every order is placed in protective outer packaging so that it arrives as it left us. We keep packaging in proportion to the order: enough to protect, never more than needed.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us with your order number and a photograph of the parcel and its contents. We will put it right.
